Return Policy

At Endless Drops, we want customers to make informed decisions when selecting water resilience solutions.

Because many of our products are high-value, oversized, specialized, or fulfilled directly by manufacturers, return eligibility may vary by product.

Return Eligibility

Before returning any product, customers must contact Endless Drops to request return authorization.

Products must generally be:

• Unused and uninstalled

• In their original packaging

• In resalable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for return.

Manufacturer-Specific Terms

Certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return requirements, restocking fees, or non-returnable conditions.

Where applicable, these conditions will be communicated before purchase or during order confirmation.

Special and Custom Orders

Special-order, made-to-order, configured, customized, or non-stock products may not be returnable once the manufacturer has accepted or begun processing the order.

Freight and Oversized Products

Products delivered by freight or LTL carriers should be inspected carefully upon delivery.

Visible shipping damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt before accepting the shipment whenever possible.

Please contact Endless Drops as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging

We will work with the manufacturer and carrier as appropriate to determine the next steps.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error by Endless Drops, the manufacturer, or the carrier, customers may be responsible for return shipping and freight charges.

Applicable restocking fees may also apply.

Installation

Installation services are separate from product returns unless specifically stated otherwise.

Once a product has been installed, it may no longer qualify for return.
