Return Policy
At Endless Drops, we want our customers to make informed decisions when selecting water resilience solutions.
Because many of our products are high-value, oversized, specialized, or fulfilled directly by manufacturers, return eligibility and return periods may vary by product and manufacturer.
Return Eligibility
Before returning any product, customers must contact Endless Drops and obtain return authorization.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, returned products must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within the applicable return period
Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for return.
Manufacturer-Specific Terms
Certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific return periods, restocking fees, shipping requirements, or non-returnable conditions.
When applicable, these conditions will be disclosed before the order is accepted.
Special and Custom Orders
Special-order, made-to-order, configured, customized, or non-stock products may not be returnable once the manufacturer has accepted or begun processing the order.
Freight and Oversized Products
Products delivered by freight or LTL carriers should be inspected carefully at the time of delivery.
Any visible shipping damage should be documented on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photographed whenever possible.
Please contact Endless Drops promptly if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of freight damage.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging and shipping labels, when applicable
We will coordinate with the manufacturer and carrier, as appropriate, to determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
Unless the return results from an error by Endless Drops or the manufacturer, customers may be responsible for return shipping or freight charges.
Manufacturer restocking fees may also apply.
Original shipping and freight charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted by Endless Drops or the applicable manufacturer.
Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer, payment provider, and nature of the return.
Installation
Installation services are separate from product returns unless specifically stated otherwise.
Once a product has been installed, it may no longer qualify for return and may instead be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Do not return products directly to a manufacturer or warehouse without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
